All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, models, documentation, and branding, are owned by General Ventures Pty Ltd, and licensed to Superficial Company Pty Ltd for the purpose of providing services under these Terms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services solely as permitted by these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Ownership and Licensing Structure

Superficial Company Pty Ltd operates the Superficial services under a license from General Ventures Pty Ltd. General Ventures Pty Ltd retains full ownership of the underlying technology, models, and brand assets. Your use of the services does not imply any transfer of ownership.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.superficial.org/privacy.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, including the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output. You assume full responsibility for any use of results generated through the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superficial Company Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superficial Company Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
