About the Role

As the Head of Product Marketing at Superficial, you will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our pioneering AI auditing and hallucination elimination platform. You will craft compelling narratives, develop positioning and messaging, and drive awareness and adoption among developers, enterprises, and the broader AI community. This is a critical leadership role where you will build the product marketing function and play a key part in establishing Superficial as the leader in AI trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to deeply understand our target audiences and differentiate our offerings.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, sales enablement materials, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
  • Drive product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns to generate demand and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product value.
  • Develop and manage relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and media.
  • Define and track key marketing metrics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team as the company scales.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in product marketing, preferably for B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or developer-focused products.
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and content creation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape, developer communities, and enterprise software markets.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
